    Apply for Minor Home Repair Assistance Through County

    Does your house need repairs to ensure the health and safety of its residents? The Adams County Minor Home Repair Program is available to assist, and city residents with a low to moderate yearly household income are eligible to apply now. 

    Allowed repairs include replacements or repairs of roofs, gutters, downspouts, water heaters, HVACs, windows and doors, along with accessibility improvements and other minor repairs to ensure decent, safe, and sanitary housing.  

    Council approved the use of federal Community Development Block Grant funds to cover the costs of this program.
