Date: March 27, 2021, 9-11 a.m.
Location: Locations Throughout Northglenn
- The Farmers' Highline Canal Cleanup has been rescheduled for March 27.
- If there should be inclement weather again, we'll ask volunteer groups to go when they are able and let us know when they are done so we can arrange trash pickup.
In previous years there was a large gathering in the morning and group lunch. Due to COVID19 volunteers will go straight to their site and be able to pick up lunch after they volunteer. People that register and volunteer with the clean up with receive a reusable water bottle and a coupon for 2 pieces of pizza from Boardwalk Pizza.
Volunteers will help clean canals, trails and parks. We collect more than 300 bags of trash each year.
Clean up sites are throughout Northglenn. See our interactive map to see where sites are located. Need more detail? See link under directions below.
Let's take a trip back to pre-COVID-19 times with this video from 2015 for a reminder of why the Farmers' Highline Canal Cleanup is so important in our community!
