Term of Office
- Meredith Leighty was elected as a Ward 1 City Council representative in November 2017.
- She was appointed Mayor Pro Tem on July 22, 2019. Former Mayor Pro Tem Antonio B. Esquibel had been appointed mayor in June.
- Leighty was elected mayor in the Nov. 5, 2019 election. Her term expires in November 2023.
