    Don't Pay for Passport Forms

    Did you know that you never need to pay for passport forms? 

    The City Clerk's Office has seen an increase in the number of residents using third-party sites that charge for their assistance in completing an application. However, these forms are available for free at any acceptance facility, and the Department of State has a free form filler at www.travel.state.gov.

    The City Clerk's Office accepts passport applications by appointment only. You can schedule an appointment for up to six people at www.northglenn.org/passports.
