    Arby's Open in Northglenn Huron Center

    Arby’s is coming to Northglenn in mid-2018. United States Beef Corporation (US Beef) will be the owner operator, and is Arby’s largest franchisee with over 340 restaurants. US Beef already has a large presence in Colorado with 58 Arby’s throughout the Denver and Colorado Springs areas.

    US Beef will be investing an estimated $1.5 million to construct a 2,400 square-foot restaurant at 104th and Huron St., and will employ approximately 40 people.

    They have also signed a 20-year land lease with Evergreen Development, soon to be the new owner of the former Albertson’s property in the Huron Center. The Northglenn Urban Renewal Authority (NURA) provided business assistance for exterior improvements, signage, and utilities at the site.

    Debbie Tuttle, manager of Economic Development and executive director of the Northglenn Urban Renewal Authority (NURA) said, “We are delighted to have Arby’s on board and be a part of the revitalization of the Huron Center. The redeveloped center will be a source of pride for the community.”
