Amusement devices are considered any public machine that someone inserts a coin, slug, token, plate, disc, etc., that may be used as a game, entertainment, amusement or test of skill. This could be either mental or physical, and it doesn't matter if a score is registered.

- Snooker tables
- Foosball tables
- Electric games
- Coin-operated movies
- Pinball machines
- Radios
- Devices that only provide music
- Televisions carrying only commercial broadcasts
- Bowling lanes
- Non-coin-operated pool and billiard tables
- Fixed-stand coin-operated kiddie rides
- Vending machines
Obtain a License
Amusement License Application
If you need to apply for an amusement license, fill out the application and submit it, along with the necessary fees, to the City Clerk's Office.
Price
Application fee:
$50 (Due for initial application only)
Annual license fee:
$50/machine for 1-4 devices
$100/machine for 5 or more devices
Renewal
Amusement Device Licenses are renewed annually.
