5 Reasons to Join a Group Fitness Class

1.  Motivation & Accountability: our group fitness classes provide a supportive and motivating environment where participants can push themselves further and find accountability in their peers and the instructor leading the class. 
2. Variety and Fun:
we offer a wide variety of workouts, from cardio to strength training, yoga, cycling, Zumba, BODYPUMP, and more. This diversity leads to more fun and engaging workouts.
3. Social Connection:
  connect with like-minded people who also enjoy exercising and leading a healthy lifestyle. It's an excellent way to meet new people and create friendships.
4. Expert Guidance:
all of our classes are led by certified and experienced instructors who guide proper form, technique, and modifications for different fitness levels. This ensures a safe and effective workout for all participants.
5. Structure:
people who have a set schedule stick to their workouts! Map it out and add it to your calendar.

Fitness Class Information

  • Classes are on a drop-in, first-come-first-serve basis with limited capacities due to our intimate classroom setting.  No registration is needed unless it is specified. 
  • 12+ year-olds can attend fitness classes if accompanied by an adult 18+ or at the instructor's discretion. 
  • Any class cancelations will be updated on this page, however, if you attend classes regularly, your favorite instructor will reach out to you upon a cancelation if they know how to get ahold of you!
