If you are set to appear in Court for the first time, you will need to fill out an advisement of your rights before you attend Court.  Upon completion of the form, it will be emailed to you to retain as your copy.  There will also be paper advisement forms available at Court should you request this.  If you have any questions about the form, please discuss with the Prosecutor when you appear in Court.
