June 10, 2023 - Northglenn Pride event. 5-7 p.m. on the festival lawn, 1 E. Memorial Pkwy. Join us for this free event celebrating the LGBTQ+ community and inclusivity! Music, food, booths and more.
Feb. 2023 -- DISE Board invited the Anti-Defamation League to host a community conversation about anti-Semitism.
Dec. 2022 - DISE Board facilitated the passing of an Anti-Hate Resolution by Northglenn City Council.
The DISE Board sponsored the first Pride event in Adams County in June 2021.Our Diversity, Inclusivity and Social Equity (DISE) Board held a community listening session in 2021

The board presented a video to City Council on Jan. 11, 2021 in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
The board supported a movie series during Black History Month 2021. Feb. 12 was Harriet, and Feb. 19 was 42. All proceeds were donated to Cleo Parker Robinson Dance.
Meetings
The board meets the 4th Tuesday of each month in City Hall (also accessible virtually). All meeting agendas and recordings are available through the "Diversity Board Documents" link above.
Join
The board has 11 members: two representatives from each ward and three at-large members which includes one youth member.
To qualify as a member you must:- Be a resident of Northglenn to serve as a representative of your ward - or -
- Live, work or attend school in the city to serve as an at-large member - and -
- Be at least 16 years old - and -
- Have a genuine interest in advancing diversity, inclusivity and social equity efforts in the city
- Participate in diversity, equity, and inclusion training annually
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings either in-person or virtually
- Regularly obtain feedback from the community and report back to the board during meetings
- Maintain a professional and respectful decorum
- Maintain all sensitive information that is shared during meetings as confidential
