Citizens' Affairs Board


The Citizens' Affair Board hears proposals for the city from the public. The board shares this information with city staff so concerns can be resolved or proposals can be reviewed.

Meetings
The board meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 6 p.m. in City Council Chambers at City Hall.  If there are no agenda items submitted, that month's meeting will be cancelled and appropriate public notification will be made. 

Agenda items must be submitted one week prior to the next scheduled meeting.

Membership
The board consists of five citizen members who serve five-year terms. Each ward of the city is represented by one member and one member is selected to represent the city at-large.
