The North Metro Rail Line is a 18.5-mile electric commuter rail corridor between Denver Union Station and 162nd Avenue, passing through Denver, Commerce City, Thornton, Northglenn and unincorporated Adams County.
As part of the voter-approved FasTracks program, the North Metro Rail Line starts design and construction in 2014 up to 124th Avenue. The remainder of the corridor to 162nd will be built as funds become available.
The North Metro Rail Line will have eight stations, including one at 112th Avenue in Northglenn. FasTracks will have an impact on future transportation and development issues in the city. To stay up to date on current progress sign up for email notices.
