What does the Board of Adjustment Do?
They hear appeals and variance applications for zoning and land use issues.

When and Where Are Their Meetings?
The board meets on the third Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m.on an as-needed basis in Council Chambers at City Hall.
What is the Membership?
The board consists of five regular and two alternate members, who serve three-year terms. Members are appointed by City Council.
The board currently has one vacancy and two alternate vacancies.
