The Northglenn Police Department has a partnership with the Northglenn Senior Organization (NSO) to assist with programs for the senior citizens in the city. The police department provides crime prevention information and other support to the Northglenn Senior Organization.

The Northglenn Police Department also offers a citizen’s police academy for senior citizens, twice a year.
