Right of Way Information and Forms
A public right of way (ROW) means any public street, way, place, alley, sidewalk, trail, path, easement, park, square, median, parkway, boulevard or plaza that is dedicated for public use.
Companies that are planning on doing work within the city's ROW must register and obtain a permit before starting work.
