E. B. Rains Park Cleanup
Officers from the Northglenn Police Department volunteer their time and energy to clean up and beatify the E.B. Rains memorial area. The memorial is located on the East side of E.B. Rains Park, 11700 Community Center Drive. Sergeant Steve Garrow is pictured with Chief Russ Van Houten.
E.B. Rains is the only Northglenn Officer to lose his life while on duty in the city's history. Corporal Edgar Blain Rains Jr. lost his life on May 30th, 1984 while protecting the citizens of Northglenn.

The Northglenn Police Department has provided an interactive map to view registered sex offenders that reside in the City of Northglenn. Please click here to go to the interactive map.
The Northglenn Police Department Records Section will provide a printed copy of the current Northglenn residents who are registered as sex offenders, including those that may not be shown on the Internet. You will need to come into the police department and fill out a records request form and show proper identification. This list is free of charge. |
