planning commission

The Northglenn Planning Commission considers permit applications for land use matters and makes recommendations to council for zoning requests. The members review site plans and subdivision plats and are active in the development of the city’s master plan.

The commission consists of seven members, who serve three-year terms.

The commission meets every second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. in the Northglenn Council Chambers.
