Sexually Oriented Businesses must be licensed by the City of Northglenn. Examples of businesses that are subject to the license are: adult bookstores, novelty stores, adult cabarets, adult movie theatres and adult video stores. For a complete definition of sexually oriented businesses, please see Section 11-54-1 of the municipal code.
Two chapters of the Northglenn Municipal Code provide information about sexually oriented businesses. Specific regulations for the businesses can be found in these sections.
