Located on the north side of 120th Ave. and Claude Court is the Northglenn Pavilion Shopping Center. Anchored by TCF Bank, recent businesses now open in the center include: Jiffy Lube, Saxbys Coffee, and Shape Xpress. Coming soon will be Northglenn Wine and Spirits, a 5,000 square foot liquor store. There are still 4,000 square feet of retail space available for leasing. The Northglenn Mayor, City Council members, the City Manager and City staff, welcome businesses to the Northglenn Pavilion.

Each person, or company, who engages any other person for salary, commission or other payment, to engage in door-to-door sales must obtain a license from the City of Northglenn.
Every individual who goes in or upon the residences of the City of Northglenn, when not previously requested or invited to do so by the owner or occupant of the residences, for the purpose of engaging in door-to-door sales, must obtain a permit from the city.
