Located on the north side of 120th Ave. and Claude Court is the Northglenn Pavilion Shopping Center. Anchored by TCF Bank, recent businesses now open in the center include: Jiffy Lube, Saxbys Coffee, and Shape Xpress. Coming soon will be Northglenn Wine and Spirits, a 5,000 square foot liquor store. There are still 4,000 square feet of retail space available for leasing. The Northglenn Mayor, City Council members, the City Manager and City staff, welcome businesses to the Northglenn Pavilion.

Amusement licenses are required for all amusement devices available to the public in the City of Northglenn.

Amusement devices are machines which upon insertion of a coin, slug, token, plate, disc, or payment of a consideration directly therein, that may be used by the public as a game, entertainment, amusement, a test of skill, either mental or physical, whether or not registering a score.
Some examples of amusement devices are: pool tables, snooker tables, foosball tables, electric games, coin-operated movies, and pinball machines.
Machines that are not considered as amusement devices are: radios, devices that provide music only, televisions carrying commercial broadcasts only, bowling lanes, non-coin-operated pool and billiard tables, fixed-stand coin-operated kiddie rides, and vending machines.
