Minor Home Repair Program Now Available

Does your house need repairs to ensure the health and safety of its residents? The Adams County Minor Home Repair Program is available for assistance, and Northglenn residents with a low to moderate-income can start applying now.

Due to COVID-19, interior repairs are currently limited to failed water heaters and HVAC units and urgent accessibility upgrades. Exterior work remains the same and includes repairs and/or replacements of roofs, water heaters, HVACs, windows, doors, accessibility improvements, and other minor repairs.

Council approved the use of federal Community Development Block Grant funds to cover the costs of this program.

Eligibility is based on the yearly household income of the household. For more details or to apply, go to www.northglenn.org/minorhomerepair, which will send you to the Adams County web page. Residents may also reach out to Sara Dusenberry at sdusenberry@northglenn.org or 303.450.8836 for more information.
