CITY OF NORTHGLENN ZONING ORDINANCE

ARTICLE 47
CONFLICTS AND RACIAL RESTRICTIONS

Section 11-47-1. Conflicts of Ordinances.

(a)

Whenever this Ordinance requires a greater width or size of yards or courts, or requires a lower height of building, or less number of stories, or a greater percentage of lot to be left unoccupied, or imposes other higher standards than are required in other ordinances or regulations, the provisions of this Ordinance shall govern.

(b)

Whenever the provisions of any other ordinance or regulation require a greater width or size of yards or courts, or require a lower height of building, or a less number of stories, or require a greater percentage of lot to be left unoccupied, or impose other higher standards than are required by this Ordinance, the provisions of such ordinance or regulation shall govern.

Section 11-47-2. Racial Restrictions. This Ordinance shall not be construed to confer or enlarge any authority of power to establish any restriction based upon race or color.
