Section 11-23-1. Exclusions. The following uses are excluded:

Service stations, except as may be allowed as a permitted use subject to the requirements set forth in Section 11-30-6(b)(2).

Storage and warehousing.

Section 11-23-2. Uses-by-Right.

The uses-by-right shall be subject to the following condition: All goods produced on the premises shall be sold at retail on the premises where produced.

In addition to those set forth in Article 19, the following shall be uses-by-right:

All uses-by-right in C-1 and C-3 Zones.

Amusement establishments, bowling alleys, pool halls, dance halls, gymnasiums, swimming pools, and skating rinks.

Auction rooms (indoor activities only).

Automobile accessory stores (new parts and supplies only).

Bicycle sales, rental and repair shops.

Blueprinting and photostating establishments.

Clubs and lodges (nonprofit and fraternal organizations).

Casket and casket supply sales.

Catering establishments.

Clothing and costume rental stores.

"Drive-in" type establishments offering goods and services primarily or directly to customers waiting or being served in parked motor vehicles.

Drug stores.

Dry cleaning establishments.

Exterminating shops.

Haberdasheries.

Motels.

Laundries.

Office supplies stores.

Orthopedic and medical appliance stores, but not including the assembly or manufacturing of such articles.

Pawn shops.

Pet shops and small animal hospitals, but not including the use of outdoor facilities.

Plumbing showrooms and shops.

Printing establishments.

Restaurants, lounges, and taverns.

Schools (commercial and trade).

Second-hand stores and rummage shops.

Taxidermists.

Typewriter and adding machine sales and repair shops.

The above-mentioned uses are by way of example and not by way of limitation.
