The Economic Development Division works to provide a healthy, sustainable, and diverse retail tax base for the city. This department strives to attract new business, fill existing vacancies throughout the city and revitalize aging developments to improve the overall image of the city.

Northglenn is a vibrant, pro-business community with over 900 businesses and 35,789 residents. Businesses are moving and expanding in Northglenn due to its strategic central location to the metro area. The city is conveniently located along Interstate 25 — with two dynamic business corridors at 104th and 120th avenues.
