The city accepts ASSE, ABPA and ABC national certification programs for cross-connection control and backflow prevention testing. These programs are recognized by the state. Applicants must indicate which procedures were used to test the device.

The city will continue to recognize all certifications obtained through the Water and Wastewater Collection Systems Certification Council (ASSE Series 5010 test procedures) until the certification expires.

If you would like to be on our list of certified testers, please send proof of certification, proof of insurance coverage and your last gauge calibration report to the above address. You will be asked to renew this information annually if you would like to remain on the list.
