Northland Chorale for Adults
Performance opportunities for adults are available though Northland Chorale. The Northland Chorale auditions adults year-round for musical revues.
Northglenn Youth Theatre and The Northland Chorale are funded, in part, through the Scientific & Cultural Facilities District (SCFD) and the Adams County Cultural Council.
The Secret Garden
Presented by Missoula Children’s Theatre
Auditions for youth ages 6-18 are being held for the Missoula Children’s Theatre’s brand-new original musical adaptation of the classic tale, “The Secret Garden.” Approximately 60 roles available. In order to audition, you must be available to attend all rehearsals. No prepared materials are necessary. Please be prompt to the auditions, as we will turn away late-comers. The audition will last the full two hours.
Auditions: Monday, June 25. Check-In: 9-9:45 a.m.
Auditions begin promptly at 10 a.m. and will run a full two hours. Roles be will cast during the final minutes of the audition period.
Fee: $55, payable only if cast
Rehearsals: Mon., June 25, 12:30-2:30 p.m.; Tues., June 26-Fri., Jun. 29, 10 a.m.-2:30 p.m.; Sat., Jun. 30, 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
Performances: Sat., June 30, 3 & 7 p.m.
A Midsummer Night’s Midterm
Presented by Northglenn Youth Theatre

Auditions by appointment only for youth ages 8-18 are being held for the hilarious story based on Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.” Approximately 30 roles are available. A prepared one-minute comedic monologue, head-shot, and resume are required to audition.
Auditions: Mon., June 18 or Tues., June 19 (9 a.m.-12:30 p.m.)

Auditions for adults 18 and older will be held for Moby Dick! The Musical, the debut production of the Northglenn Players. This is a musical production. Auditions are by appointment only. Actors should prepare a one-minute monologue, 16 bars from a contemporary comedic musical (accompanist provided; bring sheet music), headshot, and resume. Rehearsals will be held at the D.L. Northglenn’s Got Talent
Auditions Sunday, August 19. Talent Show Friday, September 14 at the D.L. Parsons Theatre inside the Northglenn Recreation Center. 5:30 p.m. reception • 6:30-8:30 p.m. performances
• Open to all ages and styles
• Participants do not have to be Northglenn residents.
• Acts must be family-friendly.
• Pet acts welcome.
• $5 entry fee if selected to perform in the talent show. If your act has multiple performers, each performer must pay the entry fee.
• Each act will be two to three minutes with NO MORE THAN one minute set-up and one minute tear down.
• 3-4 microphones, an electric keyboard, and sound
system for pre-recorded music will be provided.
